After more than 30 years of technical accumulation and market testing, our pneumatic actuators not only has excellent quality and more specifications, but also innovates a variety of new functions. In recent years, our engineers adopt the modular superposition design ideas, at the end of the traditional actuator integrated the sliding clutch mechanism and guide screw push and pull mechanism, the C-IMO series pneumatic actuator with handwheel is developed and produced with new functions such as manual operation, multi-stroke selection and multi-point limit.

Full travel pneumatic operation (0 to 90°)

Adjust the position indicator of lead screw to the middle position through the handwheel or wrench, and the pneumatic actuator with handwheel can perform the 0-90° pneumatic stroke as follow,Adjust the red position indicator of lead screw to the air operation position (see

Limit pneumatic operation (45 to 90°)

Adjust the red position indicator of lead screw to the 45° position of SET CLOSE LIMIT zone (see below photo) by the handwheel, and the pneumatic actuator with handwheel can perform 45-90° limit pneumatic operation as follows. For other limit pneumatic operations, please refer to the Operation Manual.

Manual operation

According to the installation position of the handwheel, the actuator can be divided into two categories: one is the pneumatic
actuator with side handwheel; the other is the pneumatic actuator with front handwheel. The model naming consists of six parts:
series, size, acting type, hand wheel mounting, working temperature and locking. Among them, the size refers to inner diameter
of the body in the actuator and the orthers refers below.

The size of the pneumatic actuator with handwheel is 92 double acting with side mounting handwheel, the working temperature range is -15℃ ~ 150℃ without locked device.
2, C-IMO210SR12ST0L
The size of the pneumatic actuator with handwheel is 210 with 12 pcs springs of spring return and side mounting handwheel, the working temperature range is -20℃ ~ 65℃ with locked device.

Operating Conditions

1) Operating media: dry or lubricated air, or non-corrosive gas filtered. The maximum particle diameter must less than 30um.
2) Working pressure: the pneumatic pressure of the actuator is from 2 ~ 8 Bar.
3) Operating temperature: T0: NBR O-ring, -20°~80°; T1: Viton O-ring, -15°~150°; T2: LNBR O-ring, -40°~80°; T3: LNBR-R Oring, -50°~ +80°, T4: P-Silione O-ring, -60°~ +80° .
4) Travel and its adjustment: standard travel, 0°~ 90°, adjusting range, ±5° at 0° and 90° positions by screw bolts on the body. Adjusting and limit of the midway at any position within the range of 5°~ 85° by external handwheel.
5) Working environment: the standard coating (hard anodized for body and polyester coated for end-caps) is suitable for nonecorrosive environment.The nickel phosphorus or PTFE coated are optional for application in a harsh and corrosive environment.
